THE SPINE: Yoga & Mobility Class Package

Receive unlimited lifetime access to both my Functional Flow Yoga for the Spine class and my Mobility for the Spine class. These classes are meant to support the mobility of your spine, shoulders and pelvis. They can be practiced daily and modified to suit your body’s needs. The Mobility for the Spine class includes a 6 minute introduction that teaches you the basic anatomy of the spine. Read below for more specific details on each class such as required props, length of class, and whats included!


 

Yoga: for the spine

  • Anyone seeking a healthier spine! This class will target the cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, SI joints, and shoulders. This is a helpful class for literally everyone and anyone, especially those who sit regularly for work.

  • The class can be modified in many ways to make it more accessible. I recommend that you are able to do downward facing dog without pain in the shoulders, but if downdog doesn’t work for you, table top can be a great alternative between postures.

  • This class is a safe option to practice daily.

  • Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email providing you links to access all associated documents. You will receive a link the to video which will allow you to watch while connected to the internet, as well as a link to a google drive folder with the audio file and video file which can be download for offline use. Once you make your purchase, you will have lifetime access to the classes.

  • No, there is no music with the video or audio provided. Check out my Spotify profile for playlists you can use while practicing.

  • This class is 63 minutes long, including savasana.

  • You will need a yoga mat for the practice. I also recommend having two yoga blocks if possible, but they are not necessary.

Mobility: For the Spine

  • This class is for anyone seeking to maintain or improve the mobility of their spine and shoulders. It includes a 6 minute intro describing the anatomy of the spine.

  • There are no prerequisites for this class. This is an all levels experience and the practice can be modified to suit individual needs.

  • You can practice the movements in this class everyday and it will be safe and beneficial for your body, as long as you are listening to your body and avoiding any pain or pinch points.

  • Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email providing you links to access all associated documents.   • Item description
  • This class is 47 minutes long and includes a 6 minute intro to the anatomy of the spine, followed by 41 minutes of movement.

  • For this class you will need a yoga mat, or soft carpeted floor and access to a door handle that you can safely pull on. Access to a pillar/fence would also work as long as you can hold on at around belly button height and pull. You will also need a stack of yoga blocks, pillows, or books with a blanket over them for the last movement in the class.
