Yoga.

Yoga is more than just postures. I strive to infuse my yoga teachings to include breath, meditation, the Yamas & Niyamas, as well as the postures. Private lessons can aid in developing deeper body awareness, learning to customize the practice for your unique body and injury history, or designed based off your specific goals.

Strength Training.

As someone who has always been flexible, building stability through weight training has been crucial to healing injuries and pushing my movement practice forwards. I teach strength from a place of moving functionally. Using the most recent research around loading tissues, we can safely build skill and strength.

Gymnastics.

I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years and I coached gymnastics of all levels for over 5 years. Always wanted to be able to do a cartwheel? I can help. Going upside helps to build strength in the wrists, arms, shoulders and upper body. It also create mobility through the upper spine and shoulders. Inversions help to challenge body awareness, aid in overcoming challenge and increasing confidence.

Acro Yoga.

Acro yoga is an amazing practice that will challenge your physical and mental abilities, as well as your communication skills. My husband and I have been teaching acro yoga for the past 6 years and we love sharing the practice with others.
