SPINE: Functional Flow Yoga

This 60 minute class will take your spine through its full range of motion, offering times to create mobility and space, as well as stability and strength.

Who is this class for?

Anyone seeking a healthier spine! This class will target the cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, SI joints, and shoulders. This is a helpful class for literally everyone and anyone, especially those who sit regularly for work.

What are the prerequisites?

The class can be modified in many ways to make it more accessible. I recommend that you are able to do downward facing dog without pain in the shoulders, but if downdog doesn’t work for you, table top can be a great alternative between postures.

What props or equipment are required?

You will need a yoga mat for the practice. I also recommend having two yoga blocks if possible, but they are not necessary.
