This class is a 2 hour vinyasa level 2 class. The focus is on the true purpose of yoga as well as engaging with our nervous system so we understand our window of tolerance. The first 20 minutes of the practice is lecture and meditation. Please refer to the diagram below when cued to view a diagram during the class. The sequence in strong but not complex. Katie Thacker

Katie Thacker is a Movement & Wellness Consultant, as well as the Owner of Third Space Movement, a multidisciplinary fitness studio offering a range of strength and movement classes, specialized workshops, and a Recovery Clinic. Katie is a well-respected leader and educator in the health and wellness community, with ten+ years experience, over 1000 hours of training and extensive certification across a wide range of wellness disciplines.

Katie has supported countless people to find a deeper connection with their own bodies and minds, to recover from burn-out and repetitive stress injuries, and to find greater joy in their day-to-day. She utilizes tools including education, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, mobility & strength training, and yoga to support her community in finding greater connection to overall health.
