Creating a yoga playlist is so important in my practice and my teaching. When I choose the music I play in my classes the most important thing is how I feel the music. I often close my eyes, breathe to the music, feel the vibrations through my body and observe the feelings that the song evokes. I weave the songs together into a playlist to suit the tone and pace of the sequence I am teaching. I think that music can make or break a class and I always want my playlist to make the class that much better.
